I recently hired Affordable Views to build a new deck as well as replace an older bathtub. Not only was Rob's bid very reasonable, but it was very quick. Two days after he visited, he emailed a thorough bid on a Sunday, whereas other contractors took over a week to submit their bids and they weren't near as complete. From the beginning to the end of the job Rob was in constant touch with letting me know what was happening. He and Kermit were both very professional as well as friendly. I had no qualms leaving them in my house while I wasn't there, they kept a very clean jobsite, and always showed up when promised. After I made my final payment there were a couple of small issues that needed tending to and Rob was right on it, he made sure the issues were fixed quickly and called me on a daily basis to make sure things were to my satisfaction. It was somewhat daunting to try and pick the "right" contractor, and thankfully I did get it right the first time. If you're looking for not only a great finished product, but a contractor that cares about the work they do and pleasing the customer, then Affordable Views should be your choice. I will definitely call them for my next project.

Affordable Views built an addition to our house that gave us an extra 320 sq ft. We shared with Rob that we wanted our living area extended out to include vaulted ceilings to match the existing space and also needed to have our 400 sq ft deck moved.
